I'm a married mother of two, working in a small town school in boondocks, USA. Yep, I'm pretty boring--lived in the same rural Midwestern town literally forever and have never been overseas, or heck, barely out of state. But I digress. Which is where I spend most of my time--digressing. My mom says I'm the most oblivious person she knows and, to my everlasting shame, she's probably right. I do spend an inordinate amount of time locked inside my own head. Fan fiction, fan vids, fan art and pretty much anything to do with the TV show, "Supernatural," have become my obsession. And, yes, it really is an obsession. Just ask my poor husband and kids who are not allowed to speak to me during the airing of new episodes. Yeah, I'm only partly kidding...heh. I'm also deeply in fan-love with the multi-talented Jensen Ackles, but no one can blame me for that, right? He's just too awesome for words. I adore his mannerisms, his acting skills, how he handles himself in the glaring spotlight, his crazy antics off-camera and other things besides just his amazing good looks. But there's always that, too. The MOST. Beautiful. Man. I have ever laid eyes on. Seriously. No, seriously. *sigh* I love writing and, though I know I'm not nearly talented enough, my wildest dream come true would be getting paid to write. But I'm a realist and I know that's not gonna happen so please don't rush to burst my bubble by telling me so. I LIKE living in fantasy land when I'm not too busy being a realist ;). At the very least, I finally found a hobby I really and truly enjoy. I love hearing from people, so don't be afraid to leave comments...just know that I sometimes get busy or whatever and may take a while to respond. It's not personal and I DO appreciate and treasure every comment...I'm just very busy, very forgetful and a horribly scatterbrained procrastinator who loses things easily.
